- Do one act of kindness weekly
- Eat healthy snacks
- Have fun
- Learn something new monthly
- Exercise by playing basketball or roller skating for 30 minutes
Remember to help your child be as specific as possible, start with small steps, write down the goals, add new goals, track their progress, and have fun!
